Clinical Records

No health records or client data are ever stored on, or accessible through, this website. All official client files and intake documentation are managed entirely within a separate, secure, external practice management platform (Jane App) designed to meet Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) standards.  You can visit this separate Jane App website to book an appointment by clicking the “Book Online” or “Book Free Phone Consultation” links, which will take you to the Jane App.
